Manoj is a Graduate in Statistics from Bombay University. He has done his Computer Management from Jamanalal Bajaj Institute of Management (JBIMS) and Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). He is an ex-alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. He has travelled to Hong Kong, Nepal, Germany, Singapore, Thailand & Japan for attending world conferences, client meetings, presentations and project delivery.
With nearly 35+ years of market research experience, CEO Manoj Umrigar believes in delivering needs and expectations of client.
Manoj began his career in market research at IMRB (Indian Market Research Bureau, a market research division of WPP) in the year 1985 as Data Analysis Executive, he was promoted to Senior Analysis Executive within a time frame of one year.
After working for IMRB, he moved away to Pharmaceutical Industry for around 4 to 5 years to work for Fulford India Limited (Schering Corporation, USA) to set up their Marketing MIS division.
In the year 1992, when Research International (a Kantar group company) was set-up in India, he was invited to set-up data processing / data analytics division.
He continued to work with Kantar for next 25+ years. Under his leadership, Research International implemented digital way of data collection (moving away from traditional Paper and Pencil – PAPI to Computer Aided Personal Interview – CAPI).
In the year 2000, he set-up an international data analytics division, which started to execute projects of Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Russia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Australia, Dubai etc.
Under his leadership, large team of fresh graduates were hired from campus, trained and deployed to deliver some of large scale projects involving 56+ countries.

With nearly 27+ years of market research experience, followed by academic researcher. Dr. Vibha is able to structure the business problem so that the client specific expectations are met.
Vibha has experience of working in multiple research agencies but primarily being Gallup, Market Probe, Research International, TNS and Ipsos.
Vibha has handled research studies in Financial, Automobile, FMCG sectors in the areas of Brand and Customer centric research. In her long career, she has handled multi-country projects using advanced analysis techniques such as Conjoint, Regression, Cluster, Factor, PLS Structural Equation Modelling etc .
Vibha has completed her Doctorate in the marketing area and is currently pursuing her post-doctoral work too . Additionally she has done advance analytics courses from IIMA , certificate courses in business storytelling and business modelling .
